Studio Onya retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, case studies, social media, awards submissions, and promotional materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been arranged.

Editable source files, unused concepts, and working files remain the property of Studio Onya unless explicitly transferred as part of the agreed project deliverables.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and content

• Supplying approvals and feedback promptly

• Ensuring they hold rights to supplied assets or materials

Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project in writing.
Clients remain responsible for payment for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Studio Onya is not liable for indirect losses, third-party issues, or errors approved by the client prior to publication or production.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
